JOB SUMMARY

ITSM ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, coding, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a core focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in ITSM process implementation, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, and can translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Configure workflows, SLAs, forms, approvals, and notifications using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency, automation, and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with platform standards, governance, and documentation requirements.

Core Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer focused on ITSM modules.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.
• Experience configuring workflows, SLAs, and service request fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
