Job Description
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom apps, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer.
- Implement and manage core platform components such as Glide scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, and data imports.
- Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Ensure solutions align with ITIL methodologies and ITSM best practices.
- Maintain a general understanding of enterprise IT architecture and relational databases to support platform development and integration.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ServiceNow Developer should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow core tables, scripting, and platform configuration.
- Proven experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM concepts.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and relational database structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
