Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in ServiceNow, you will provide development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. You will utilize your knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and Maintain ServiceNow Modules: Design, develop, and maintain customized ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements, utilizing expertise in JavaScript and other scripting languages.
- Implement ServiceNow Customizations: Apply code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment to customize and implement different ServiceNow modules as needed.
- Create Customized Reports: Design and develop customized reports using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform.
- Provide Technical Support: Deliver maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate on Solution Delivery: Work with stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs, leveraging knowledge of business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands on development experience in ServiceNow, specifically within ITSM Module.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA or CAD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and customization.
- Flexibility: Open to candidates with ITSM (IT Service Management) development experience who are willing to upskill.
