ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Application Developer with 1–2 years of experience, specializing in IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of platform capabilities. Candidates with ITSM experience who are willing to transition into ITIM are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITIM modules

• Support implementation and enhancement of ITIM functionalities such as Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure code quality and performance

• Maintain and update technical documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and support activities

Required Skills (Max 6):

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform (ITIM preferred, ITSM acceptable)

• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

• Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, or Service Mapping concepts

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification preferred

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills (Max 3):

• Experience in ITIM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)

• Exposure to REST/SOAP integrations

• Willingness to learn and transition from ITSM to ITIM
