Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Join us as we integrate ServiceNow with our enterprise systems and ensure operational success during a major transition. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, continuously improve processes, and maintain system efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Create and customize applications and modules using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS to meet evolving business needs.
  • Configuration & Customization: Tailor ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, and reports, to support business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, facilitating a smooth transition and maintaining operational continuity.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, managing updates, patches, and continuous improvements.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, process owners, and newly integrated team members, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role, with experience in transition projects preferred
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, with strong experience in ServiceNow development, including custom applications and integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, particularly in the context of organizational change
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of on-prem, cloud computing, and SaaS environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus

Work Schedule

Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 1 day per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
