Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration
  • Set up ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc., based on business needs.
  • Business Analysis
  • Work with stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Customization & Development
  • Create workflows, scripts (JavaScript), UI policies, integrations, and custom apps.
  • Integration
  • Connect ServiceNow with other systems (SAP, Salesforce, APIs, etc.).
  • Testing & Deployment
  • Ensure solutions work properly and deploy them into production environments.
  • Training & Support
  • Guide users and provide documentation or troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Skill

  • ServiceNow platform knowledge (modules like ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
  • JavaScript & scripting
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Integration knowledge (REST, SOAP APIs)

Certifications

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, HR, etc.)
