Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead requirement discovery sessions and translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, well-defined functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.

Partner with senior stakeholders across corporate functions (Legal, Technology, Communications, Facilities Management, People & Culture, etc.) to elicit, challenge, and validate business requirements.

Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify inefficiencies and risks, and recommend ServiceNow-first, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Act as a trusted liaison between business users, developers, and platform teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery alignment.

Support demand intake, prioritization decisions, and backlog refinement in alignment with product strategy and delivery timelines.

Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence

Own and execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Design and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for platform enhancements and releases.

Proactively identify, log, and manage defects, working closely with development teams to drive timely resolution.

Validate that all platform changes meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and user experience expectations before release.

Contribute to and continuously improve testing frameworks, QA processes, and best practices across the platform.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

Provide input into process improvements, standards, and governance related to business analysis and quality assurance.

Mentor junior BA/QA resources and act as a subject matter reference within the team.

Support post-deployment reviews and drive continuous improvement based on insights, metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

Do you have experience as a Servicenow BA/QA

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst and/or Quality Analyst in enterprise or platform-based environments.

Proven experience working within ServiceNow, with strong understanding of modules such as ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, or similar enterprise platforms.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex requirements across multiple business domains and senior stakeholder groups.

Strong experience translating business needs into scalable, end-to-end platform solutions.

Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and iterative delivery.

Exceptional analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and challenge stakeholders constructively.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise delivery environment.

ServiceNow certification(s) or experience in large-scale digital transformation programs is an advantage
