ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly. This individual will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.

Location : Philippines (Remote)

Experience: 6+ years

Type : Contract, 6 months, extendable

Shift - AU Timezone - 7 am PHT to 4 pm PHT (Remote)

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with ServiceNow development/configuration teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps is desirable.

Desirable Skills

• CMDB / Configuration Management experience.
• Understanding of CIs, relationships, Discovery, and CMDB data.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.
• ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, architects, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow modules based on approved business requirements.
• Analyze and document Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, and other ITSM processes.
• Participate in requirement workshops, solution discussions, UAT, defect validation, and production rollout activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing ITSM processes through ServiceNow automation.
• Prepare functional documentation, process maps, test scenarios, and user acceptance criteria.
• Support stakeholders during UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or SecOps.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Experience working with ServiceNow implementation partners or global clients.
