Your Day-to-Day
- Define and drive the strategic vision, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap for ServiceNow ITSM, SLM, and ITOM platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across ServiceNow ITSM, SLM, ITOM, integrations, CMDB, and CSDM-aligned solutions.
- Lead platform modernization initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable implementations while reducing technical debt.
- Identify and champion opportunities to enhance platform capabilities through innovation, automation, and industry best practices.
- Establish, govern, and enforce standards, policies, and procedures covering data quality, access management, lifecycle governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary architecture authority for ServiceNow ITSM, SLM, and ITOM solutions, providing strategic direction and design oversight.
- Partner with Product Management to define, maintain, and evolve platform roadmaps and investment priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Solution Architects to align ServiceNow solutions with the broader enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
- Drive governance standards and best practices across ServiceNow ITSM, SLM, and ITOM capabilities.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill ServiceNow team members, fostering expertise in ITSM, SLM, ITOM, CSDM, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SLM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Strong solution architecture and platform architecture capabilities within large-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Proven experience in enterprise integrations, governance, observability, and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps, establish standards, and drive platform modernization initiatives.
- Experience providing technical leadership and architectural oversight across complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Solution Architecture teams.
Work Setup
Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work-from-office)
Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
