IT Solution Architect ServiceNow ITOM

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow ITOM to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a strong background in designing and implementing IT operations management solutions to optimize our IT services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation for ITOM solutions.
• Ensure best practices in IT service management are followed during solution design and implementation.
• Conduct system integration and data migration activities as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in IT Solution Architecture, specifically with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, including modules related to ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools within ServiceNow.
• Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
