AC Mobility is looking for a Service Zone Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a dynamic professional who will act as a service consultant to our BYD dealer network, driving continuous improvement in aftersales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is critical in delivering operational excellence and profitability across all service zones.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze dealer service operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor standard aftersales processes and customer satisfaction programs.
- Drive achievement of CSI targets and service sales goals.
- Oversee manpower planning, facilities improvement, tools, and equipment compliance.
- Ensure quality of repairs and high Fix-It-Right-First-Time performance.
- Support dealer parts management and inventory compliance.
- Serve as the final escalation point for customer service issues.
- Conduct non-technical training for dealer staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations or service management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dealer operations, customer satisfaction programs, and service standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Location Assignment
- Metro Manila, Philippines (with possible travel to dealer locations nationwide).
