Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our growing team. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Technical/Vocational course or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- With at least 12 years of experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or related technical work (fresh graduates with strong technical training are welcome to apply)
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and basic troubleshooting procedures
- Willing to do field work and travel when required
- Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment
- With good communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, PMS, and corrective repairs of equipment and systems
- Conduct on-site inspections and diagnose technical issues
- Provide timely and accurate service reports
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition
