Service Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:

• Service reporting / Hour submission
• Develop & Maintain customer relations
• Effective troubleshooting/problem diagnosis
• Meeting Husky's high quality standard of work: First time Fix
• Customer recommendations/suggestions
• Act as Trusted Advisor to the customer

EDUCATION

Post-secondary education in a related technical subject is required - electrical based preferre

EXPERIENCE

3-5+ years experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on servicec is preferred

QUALIFICATION

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies.
• Strong electrical background and mechanically inclined.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, interact effectively and professionally with customer.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information.
• Good computer skills and operation knowledge of Windows based application.
• Additional language other than English would be considered an asset.
• Strong problem resolution skills with a proven ability to think outside of the box.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Energetic
• Ability to write a detailed report.
• Flexible to travel to within Asia.
