Job Responsibilities
- Ensures all processes and requested tasks are done on time and according to the set targets and KPI.
- Ensures all periodic and repetitive processes are complied with and done on time (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly processes/transactions).
- Ensures that information logged in the designated databases and systems is accurate and updated.
- Ensures that information needed by internal and external customers are provided accurately and on time.
- Ad hoc/stretch Assignments.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any course.
- 1-3 years experience doing administrative functions in a service environment.
- Focused, with strong administration and organization skills.
- Comprehensive administrative, clerical and back-office experience.
- Time management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in handling people.
