• Guihulngan, Negros Oriental
• Lapu-Lapu Cebu
• Iligan City
• Isulan Sultan Kudarat

JOB SUMMARY:

Branch Service Head oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch. He/She ensures that branch operations adhere to the bank policies and procedures and the internal control is observed at all times. He/She assist the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.

As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:

1. Cash Management Functions

2. Deposit Operations Functions

3. Internal Control and Compliance Functions

4. Marketing Functions

5. People Management & Development Functions

6. Administrative Functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
