- North Luzon:Cluster 8 – Bulacan and Pampanga
- Cluster 9 – Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Zambales
- South Luzon: Cluster 12 – Laguna
- Note: One personnel will be assigned per cluster.
- Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering course.
- Experience in supervision, project management, or operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Knowledgeable in project processes, documentation, and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple tasks.
- Job Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures.
- Promote and embody company values and culture within the team.
- Lead and manage a disciplined, results-oriented team.
- Oversee project execution, billing, collection, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Develop team skills, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze contracts and support negotiations with clients.
- Gather market and competitor insights for business improvement.
- Train, manage, and evaluate subcontractors and team members.
- Support continuous improvement and organizational growth initiatives
