Job Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, customer site visit, and cold calls.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and technical specifications to secure orders and close deals.
  • Consult with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and business pain points.
  • Propose and design customized technical solutions, equipment adaptations, or system configurations that align with client specifications.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and deliver presentations that explain complex scientific or technological benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Materials, technical proposals, and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
  • Knowledgeable and has Background on instrumentation and Controls Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal engineering teams to identify system requirements and tailor products to meet specific demands.
  • Deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and make key design decisions.
  • Analyze processes, create and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for engineering projects, including components, parts, and sub-assemblies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgable and Has background on ISO 9001/45001 Standards.
  • Skills in driving 4 wheels is an advantage (preferably has a drivers license).
  • Good Communication Skill Oral and Written.
  • Has Pleasing Personalities.
  • Has Good Personalities and attitude (Obedient, Punctual)
