Promote and sell maintenance contracts and after-sales services for elevator and escalator systems.
Conduct client visits and assessments to tailor service packages based on equipment needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and facility owners.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or technical sales within the elevator industry
Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering
Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork
