Responsibilities
As a Quality Analyst, you'll conduct QA reviews, facilitate calibrations, monitor performance, and partner with stakeholders to ensure quality standards and compliance are met.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of Quality Analyst experience with international call monitoring
- BPO or international account experience preferred
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Willing to work night shift (US schedule)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
