Job Description

The Service Manager shall be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring that policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.

Assists the Branch Manager in the preparation of Annual Budget and manpower planning reports and decisions. He is responsible for the administration, control and physical custody of all accountable forms. He is also accountable for the smooth operational efficiency of the Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan and Foreign Section of the Branch.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch.
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the Branch Manager in budget preparation and manpower planning.
  • Administering, controlling, and maintaining custody of accountable forms.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency of various sections of the branch.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with major in accounting / BS Accountancy graduate.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge in branch operations and policies.
  • Familiarity with internal policies, audit systems, and BSP/other agencies policies.
  • Understanding of administrative disciplinary rules and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Ability for critical thinking.
  • Very good people management skills.
  • Proactive orientation.

Preferred Skills

  • 5 years job experience in the operations of a bank.
