We are hiring for a Service Leader - Laundry.
As an Service Leader - Laundry, we rely you to:
- Have a knowledge of the operational system at Laundry
- Build relationship with internal and external guests to delight and gain loyalty
- Ensure quality standards and procedures pertaining to all Laundry Standards
- Supervise the daily issue and repair of all uniforms and linen
- Supervise and assist the Housekeeping Coordinator.
- Report damages/misuse or loss of uniforms and linen to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Ensure the accuracy and proper filing of inventory records
- Act on requests and needs of other departments promptly and efficiently
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has proper bearing, good health, physically fit, neat & pleasant
- Has at least 2 years experience in the same field preferably in the 5 Star Hotel
- Has strong personality and with good interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented and has the aptitude to learn
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Is able to work shifts and willing to work long hours
