Job Description
In charge of conducting reactive maintenance on medical devices and equipment in
laboratories and hospitals;
Conduct preventive maintenance of laboratories and hospital equipment as well as
serviceable medical devices of any kind
In-charge of installation, checking, testing, rehabilitation, presentation and demonstration of
medical equipment
Application support for clients as well as conducting over-the-phone troubleshooting
Assessment of parts needed for troubleshooting and inventory
Willing to travel and service equipment in 24/7 on-call basis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in ECE Engineering. Must be a Licensed. Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
Experience with customer service and support.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
