Position: Service Desk Level 2 Engineer

Work From Home (NightShift)

Rate: PHP 50k per month

IT Service Desk opportunity for a top technical and customer service driven IT professional who'd like to make a big impact in our organization.

  • You must be capable of addressing support calls and handling IT issues. The position is full time and you will be an important piece to help us support the needs of our clients and IT engineering staff. Some of the responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
  • Troubleshoot desktops and laptops
  • Troubleshoot networks
  • Install operating system, software, and updates
  • Remove viruses
  • Install antivirus
  • Communicate issues with appropriate engineers
  • Work alongside Senior Engineer team to troubleshoot

Skills/Qualifications Wanted:

  • Relevant experience required in the IT industry
  • Managed Services experience a BIG PLUS
  • Microsoft Technologies (Windows 11, 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Cloud or Microsoft Office 365 and Google environments is a plus
  • Experience with PSA or RMM Solution
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and punctuality.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Patience with people and the ability to help train end users
