Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Service Desk Analysts to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in IT support within a BPO or shared services environment, this role is for you.
Qualifications
Completed at least 1st year in college
Minimum 18 Months BPO Experience
At least 12 months experience in Service Desk, IT Helpdesk, or Technical Support (under BPO or IT Shared Services)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working knowledge of desktop applications, operating systems, and hardware
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work ONSITE in BGC, Taguig City
Eagerness for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Log and manage incidents using a ticketing system
- Escalate complex concerns to appropriate support teams
- Ensure timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service
