Job Title: Retail Technology Service Delivery Lead Cards

Role Overview
We are supporting a leading bank in the Philippines on a major Cards Technology transformation, including a Card Management System (CMS) replacement.
This role owns end-to-end technology delivery and service performance for Cards, working closely with business, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure stable, scalable, and compliant card platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology delivery for credit and debit card platforms, including CMS.
- Drive CMS replacement execution, migrations, cutover, and hyper-care.
- Manage third-party vendors and platform providers (CMS, rewards, xPay, switching).
- Ensure smooth integrations across digital channels, payments, and collections.
- Own testing, certification (Visa/Mastercard/xPay), and go-live readiness.
- Ensure production stability, SLA performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Report delivery progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 812 years in banking or payments technology delivery.
- Strong experience with Cards platforms (issuer side).
- Proven leadership in CMS implementation or migration programs.
- Solid vendor and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP / Prince2 / SAFe / ITIL (preferred).
- Exposure to PCI DSS, data privacy, or regulatory environments.
