The Talent We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation delivery, or instructional design within large-scale operations
- Strong background in learning design, training development, or capability-building initiatives
- Proven track record delivering change or learning programs with measurable adoption and performance outcomes
- Experience creating structured communication plans, training materials, and rollout frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impact, risk, and readiness for change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels
- Ability to translate complex processes and systems into clear, learner-friendly content and actions
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams across regions
Responsibilities
- Design and execute rollout strategies including pilot phases, timelines, and success metrics
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to prepare teams for change
- Develop structured communication plans and learning interventions to support adoption
- Create and deliver training materials, guides, and enablement programs aligned with business goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and timely implementation
- Monitor adoption, performance, and feedback to refine learning and change strategies
- Identify risks and resistance points and implement mitigation approaches
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training sessions to drive understanding and engagement
- Partner with stakeholders to embed new processes, systems, and ways of working
- Track post-implementation performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a key point of coordination between operational teams and stakeholders
- Ensure consistent execution of change and learning initiatives across all impacted teams
