The Service Crew supports daily store activities, ensures smooth operations, and delivers excellent customer service. This role helps maintain store standards, monitors inventory, and assists in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and follow company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and product assistance
- Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and assist in replenishment
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and sales reporting
Qualifications
- College undergraduate or graduate
- At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Familiar with basic computer applications and POS systems
- Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays/shifting)
