Job Description
Provides day-to-day service coordination between service personnel and the customers.
Communicating with and providing exceptional Customer Service to internal & external customers.
Interacts with clients and receive feedback regarding the quality of work performed by service personnel.
Provide accurate, clear, complete and timely distribution of job orders
Responsible for the data entry in ERP system relevant to the department.
Provide timely updates to Service Manager on performance in key areas regularly.
Providing support to colleagues as required.
Minimum of 2 years experience as Coordinator preferably in the field of service and sales
Completed Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any business course in an reputable institution;
