Job Description

  • Issues and verifies completeness of Job Request submitted by technicians via database (SAP)
  • Collates data on the database for documentation and Supervisor's reference
  • Records all each service concerns thru systemize Log Sheet and SAP
  • Monitors Service and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Sheet thru SAP
  • Monitors pending concerns and coordinates with After Sales Supervisor for proper scheduling
  • Maintains and organizes files that are relevant and necessary for client servicing such as Service Report, Delivery Notes, Pull-Out Forms and Checklist of PM Reports
  • Endorses to Service Center Supervisor all details as reference for preparation of quotations
  • Sends daily logs to clients, Service Center Supervisor, Aftersales, Service Supervisor, Technical Manager and General Manager
  • Accommodates and address all service related concerns within 24 hours from receipt of the call, SMS or email
  • Schedules meetings, appointments, and coordinates activities as directed

Responsibilities


  • Entertains clients inquiries and/or requests and log all details gathered including time call received thru landline, mobile and emails.
  • Communicates /endorses details of complaint to the Aftersales Supervisor
  • Assigns task to Technicians thru SAP
  • Administers physical dispatching of technician and identify service concerns to be attended with coordination of the After Sales Supervisor
  • Extracts previous day service and Preventive Maintenance Report thru SAP and sends accomplished Consolidated Report to concerned store head office and General Manager
  • Prepares meal, transportation and other allowances of Technician
  • Compile request and forward to Finance for proper crediting
  • Monitors pending client concerns and coordinates with After Sales Supervisor for proper scheduling
  • Dispatches technicians assigned by Aftersales Supervisor/Service Center Supervisor for check-up assessment rectification and correction works
  • Informs clients on the estimated arrival of technicians
  • Prepares material and tool requisition of Technician to Warehouse Department
  • Assists Technicians for their concern regarding allowances
  • Monitors whereabouts/location of technicians, monitor and checks status of work and get PDF report through data base (SAP)
  • Request for technician's personal tools, PPE and tools sets for stores (PM and Service)

Qualifications


  • Bachelor of Science in Office Administration or any other related courses
  • Knowledge in purchasing technical materials; general knowledge in identifying tools and its functions. Computing skills and above average oral and written communication skills
  • At least 6 months experience in delivering clerical tasks, calendar maintenance, can create correspondence and memos
  • Can communicate at all level in the organization, highly organized, assertive, has good time management skills. Can solve minor issues on his/her own. Ability to meet deadlines, detail oriented and flexible approach to newer responsibilities assigned. Trustworthy and able to uphold integrity at all times
  • Strong background and working knowledge of Microsoft
