We are looking for a Hygiene & Sanitation Associate.
As a Hygiene & Sanitation Associate, we rely on you to:
- Assists the Hygiene & Sanitation Manager and Supervisor in the implementation of the Shangri-La Food Safety Management System (SFSMS), including HACCP and ISO22000 requirements across all food-handling areas of the hotel.
- Supports daily hygiene operations by performing monitoring, inspections, and documentation activities to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently achieved.
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of hygiene-related records such as calibration logs, audit data, checklists, and incident reports in accordance with established formats and procedures.
- Coordinates with Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, Stewarding, Engineering, and other departments in facilitating hygiene activities, corrective actions, and reporting requirements.
- Provides administrative, technical, and logistical support in internal audits, microbiological sampling, and other verification programs under the direction of Hygiene and Sanitation Supervisor.

- Promotes a culture of food safety and cleanliness through teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to Shangri-La policies and hygiene practices.
