The Service Associate/Field Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses
- Preferable a Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA
- Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.
- Good command of the oral and written language.
- Computer Literate.
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
