Job Description

The Service Admin Officer oversees various dealers aftersales administrative tasks. This person will ensure proper monitoring and control of the administrative requirements of the Service Workshop in relation to the Service Team Members logistical and administrative needs.

Qualifications:

Education

College graduate, major in any Business course

Relevant Experience

Related experience in sales/aftersales administration, logistics or admin operations is preferred

Understanding the complete service cycle, familiarity with the automotive industry, understanding relevant laws and regulations governing vehicle aftersales, transportation and safety

Leadership / Behavioral Skills
