Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist, Technology Operations Server to join the Technology team in the Philippines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining, optimizing, and securing IT infrastructure while supporting businesscritical systems and global operations.

This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues, drive process improvements, and contribute to infrastructure stability and security.

What You'll Do

IT Infrastructure Platform Management (80%)

  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize server and infrastructure platforms supporting critical business applications
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization and capacity improvements
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and system integrations
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and propose innovative infrastructure solutions
  • Design and enhance automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on technical specifications and budget planning

Security Assurance (20%)

  • Monitor security logs and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
  • Support threat mitigation, incident response, and rootcause analysis
  • Document incidents and recommend preventive and corrective actions
  • Assist in IT infrastructure business continuity planning (BCP) and drills
  • Support audit preparation, compliance activities, and improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of IT experience, with 3+ years handson experience in Windows and/or Linux server environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems
  • Solid problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Project management and customerservice orientation
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • MCSE certification is a plus
