Server Administrator

Responsible for the day to day support, maintenance, and optimization of our critical flatform services, ensuring their reliability, security , and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA< ISO27K0). This includes troubleshooting, resolving incidents , monitoring performance, and contributing to the improvement of our platform infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of platform technologies, excellence problem-solving skills, a commitment to providing exceptional service, and a deep understanding of the critical nature of IT systems in a healthcare environment.
