Job Summary
You will lead our search engine optimization efforts across multiple brands and markets. This role requires deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as strong collaboration with content, marketing, and web development teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to improving organic performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Page Optimization
- Optimize meta tags, headers, URL structure, site architecture, and schema
markup.
- Implement internal linking strategies to strengthen content hierarchy and
rankings.
- Ensure all websites follow SEO best practices and Google Search Essentials.
- Keyword Research & Content Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and mapping for all GOCs.
- Optimize existing and new content for search intent, readability, and keyword
targeting.
- Collaborate with the Content Team for writing, editing, and improving SEO-driven
content.
- Technical SEO & Audits
- Perform regular SEO audits (technical, performance, and content health).
- Identify and resolve indexing issues, page speed problems, crawl errors, and site
performance gaps.
- Work closely with the Web Dev Team to implement technical fixes and
enhancements.
- Off-Page SEO
- Lead backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, partnerships, and content
promotion.
- Ensure backlinks are high-quality, relevant, and aligned with brand authority
goals.
- Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare accurate and timely SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages to improve organic conversion
rates and ROE contribution.
