SEO SPECIALIST

Role Overview
The Technical SEO Specialist is responsible for managing the technical aspects of SEO, including front-end and back-end optimization. This role ensures websites are structured, coded, and optimized to maximize search engine visibility, improve site performance, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Elementor and technical SEO tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize technical SEO elements across websites
- Perform front-end and back-end SEO optimization, including site speed improvements, structured data, indexing, and crawlability
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website rankings and performance
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, redirects, and canonical tags
- Ensure websites are fully optimized for mobile usability and performance
- Work with WordPress and Elementor to implement technical improvements
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor website health using SEO and analytics tools
- Implement schema markup and structured data enhancements
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and industry trends
- Document technical SEO changes and performance improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Technical SEO
- Experience with front-end and back-end website optimization
- Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor
- Experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., Search Atlas, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website performance optimization
- Experience with site speed optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection : Must be 50 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Web Cam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
