Nezda is currently looking for Senior Workforce RTA.

Salary: Earn Up to P35,000

Qualifications:
Graduate of any courses/diploma.
Must have 2 years related experience as Workforce RTA in BPO Company.
Willing to work with rotational shifts.
Willing to work onsite.

Job Description:
Responsible for intra-day management processes for operations located in Philippines.
Create and manage reports for internal and external customers.
Efficiently manage intra-day staffing and service level.
Provide timely and accurate reports on intra-day performance.
