Job Description

Position Responsibilities

Integration & Technical Coordination

  • Support troubleshooting of integration issues involving Workday PECI, ADP inbound/outbound interfaces, MFT/SFTP file transfers, and vendor file specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate data mappings, file layouts, and integration logic.
  • Coordinate with ADP and other external vendors on interface updates, testing cycles, and change requests.

Product & Requirement Support

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear, concise user stories.
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in planning, grooming, and story review sessions within Support or Product teams.

Operations & Support

  • Work closely with Support Teams to monitor daily integration runs, identify failures, and escalate issues to Payroll or technical teams as appropriate.
  • Assist in documenting recurring issues and proposing system or process improvements.
  • Support payroll operations during cutovers, parallel testing, and audit cycles.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Partner with Quality Engineers to build integration test cases for payrollrelated data feeds, including PECI output and vendor file transmissions.
  • Review test cases and validate data accuracy, field mapping, and transformation logic prior to deployment.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain uptodate integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Contribute to process standardization for payroll vendor file exchanges and interface management.
  • Recommend opportunities for automation, monitoring enhancements, and improved exception handling.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, Payroll Operations, Business Analysis, or Technical Product/Project roles.
  • Experience configuring Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Web Services, PECI, PICOF), including business processes and validation rules.
  • Comfort with working formats such as CSV, XML, flat files, and basic data mapping concepts.
  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholdermanagement abilities.
  • Experience in IT Production Support, with understanding of Incident, Problem, Release and Change Management processes and practices.
  • Familiarity with Asset and Inventory Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and job scheduling tools such as CA 7 Workload Automation.
  • Available during core EST Working Hours with some expectation to be available outside core hours to cover required Ad Hoc support for Project or Steady State deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ADP platforms, including ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and GlobalMyView ESS.
  • Firm understanding of payroll processes, compliance standards, and audit controls.
  • Experience developing custom Workday applications using Workday Extend.
  • Experience with MFT/SFTP tools or vendorbased file transmissions.
  • Basic SQL or data analysis capabilities.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
