BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:
1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2.8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3.Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
4.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
5.Proficiency in enterprise storage and backup technologies.
6.Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.) is a plus.
7.ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, or cloud certifications are preferred.
8.Self-motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession
9.Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
10.Customer service oriented
11.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory
12.Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
