Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer (YouTube, Reels & High-Energy Content)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Video Editor to join our core team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes editing and motion, understands internet pacing, and knows how to turn raw material into content that feels fast, engaging and impossible to scroll past.

This is not a traditional motion graphics role. We are looking for editors who think in rhythm, storytelling and energy first, using motion design only where it enhances the edit.

Your Role

• High-energy video editing for YouTube, Reels and social-first content
• Fast-paced edits with strong storytelling and retention focus
• Creative use of cuts, pacing, sound design, zooms, overlays and visual rhythm
• Modern internet-style editing that feels current and premium
• Light motion graphics and text animation where needed to support the edit
• Working closely with creative direction to push content quality and experimentation

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience in video editing and motion design
• Strong portfolio showing crazy edits, dynamic reels or YouTube-style content
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing and visual storytelling
• Adobe Premiere and AE required
• Understanding of modern content trends and audience attention patterns
• Reliable, fast and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for youtube channels or creator-led brands
• Strong sense of music, rhythm and sound design
• Experience with AI tools in editing workflows
