JOB OVERVIEW

Singlife Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design of app features that drive business objectives. You will take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experience that reflects our brand and goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Product Owners, Engineers, and fellow Designers to create human-centered digital features and services that inspire trust and make financial management simple, empowering, and accessible.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  1. UX/UI Research & Design
  2. Analyze available user data to guide and propose customer-centric design solutions.
  3. Develop design solutions that reflect the company's brand and product positioning while ensuring compliance with legal and branding guidelines.
  4. Maintain a scalable and consistent design system across devices and platforms.
  5. Keep up with evolving fintech design trends by conducting competitive benchmarking and market scans.
  6. Conduct user research using surveys, guerrilla testing, interviews, and other usability methods to gain actionable insights into user behaviors and needs.
  7. Collaborate with the project team to ensure that released designs accurately reflect the original design intent and requirements.
  8. Design Strategy
  9. Develop and define design strategies that balance user needs with business strategy.
  10. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and validate design concepts and gain buy-in from business units.
  11. Ensure features and designs are aesthetically pleasing and create a smooth, intuitive, and effective customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education level: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Years of Experience: At least 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience in relevant field and has handled digital platform/s in the past, preferably in the financial services and e-commerce industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, UI and visual design.
  • Expertise in UX practices including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
  • Familiarity with frontend development is a plus.
