Senior UI UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into seamless user journeys and visually compelling interfaces.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
• Proven experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-platform design best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible web and mobile experiences that align with user-centered design principles.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that are visually engaging and aligned with established design systems and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
• Validate and refine designs through usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
• Support implementation by working closely with development teams to ensure design quality and user experience standards are met.
