Senior UI/UX Designer

We're looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across complex enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design thinking with hands-on expertise in user research, prototyping, and interface design for web and mobile applications.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Design engaging, responsive web and mobile experiences with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Support implementation and ensure design quality throughout development.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile application designs.
• Experience with mobile-first design principles for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working on enterprise applications, operations platforms, procurement, or financial systems is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
