PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Sr Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with Treasury operations processes. This includes the execution and continuous improvement of the Global Cross-Border Payment activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Provide cash management support to operate global Cross-Border Payment Program.
- Support the settlement of vendor payment through our preferred banking partners while looking for possibilities to minimize bank fees.
- Support analysis required to adhere and comply with our banking strategy and regulations for payment programs.
- Support process changes linked to bank rationalization.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to implement new ISO 20022 payment standards.
- Assist with the standup of new business processes focused on optimizing cash management, new product set-ups and compliance.
- Provide back up support to the central cash management team operating the In-House Bank
- Support automation and streamlining of processes; work with banks, treasury operations teams and IT to set up new structures.
- Work with One/S4 and IT teams to support migrations and ERP set-up.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
- Strong analytic skills Ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
- Strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English at minimum
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in Treasury Operations, General Finance or Account Payable
- Experience in Automation using Alteryx is good to have but not required.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x weekly onsite in Paranaque, but will move to BGC in 2026)
Work Schedule: Mid shift
