Job Description:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's L&D strategy, aligning with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Design leadership frameworks for emerging leaders, managers, and senior executives.
- Build core capability programs (e.g., performance management, innovation, customer-centricity).
Program Design & Delivery
- Create structured learning pathways: onboarding, role-based curricula, and succession pipelines.
- Design blended solutions (digital modules, workshops, coaching, action learning).
- Continuously refine frameworks using feedback and data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
- Manage vendors, facilitators, and learning platforms for cost-effective quality.
- Upskill internal facilitators and managers to amplify organizational capability.
Impact Measurement
- Establish metrics to track ROI, behavior change, and performance improvement.
- Optimize programs based on learning effectiveness and business impact analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Has 5 to 7 years in L&D/Talent Development, including 35 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in designing large-scale programs with measurable impact.
- Leadership development, adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Stakeholder management (C-suite influence), coaching, and cross-functional communication.
- LMS, digital learning platforms, and virtual facilitation tools.
- Data-driven decision-making (linking outcomes to performance).
- CPLP, SHRM-SCP, Prosci, ICF, or equivalent certifications.
