Minimum of Five 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a Network Operations Center NOC, Project Delivery, Telecom Rollout, or Provisioning environment.
● Management and Leadership Skills: Must possess strong people and operational management skills. The lead is responsible for enforcing strict quality control First-Time Right), managing the As-Needed Escalation Roster for midnight integration support, and ensuring the team consistently hits the Weekly Throughput SLA targets.
● Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Must demonstrate advanced problem-solving capabilities to swiftly address operational bottlenecks, manage technical escalations during live RAN cutovers, and implement immediate corrective actions for any NMS configuration or data integrity issues.
● Technical Experience: Must have a solid background in telecommunications network operations, Managed Services, or transport provisioning to effectively understand the logical routing issues encountered by the team.
● Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills required to lead weekly alignment meetings with the CLIENT, submit accurate Vendor Performance Rating VPR reports, and handle incident reporting.
