Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated recruiting professional with a track record of high-volume technical hiring, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers across multiple regions. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical roles, provide market insights, and guide stakeholders toward strong hiring decisions. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical roles
Partner closely with global hiring managers to understand talent needs, align on hiring strategy, and provide market-driven recommendations
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and leveraging innovative recruiting tools
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring timely communication and a professional process
Facilitate interviews, oversee assessments, and manage offer negotiations
Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance on job specs, sourcing strategies, and market conditions
Represent the company brand effectively through social media outreach and community engagement.
Qualifications
5+ years of high-volume technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced, global tech organization
Strong full-cycle corporate recruiting experience from sourcing through to offer
Proven success sourcing hard to find technical talent while meeting KPI's
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and time zones
Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate talent needs, analyze market data, and recommend effective hiring approaches
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and highly proficient in using LinkedIn and other platforms to source passive candidates
Ability to manage competing priorities, achieve hiring goals, and maintain a high level of professionalism while driving the interview & hiring process
Experience working with U.S. or global teams is highly preferred
Flexibility to join weekly global Talent Acquisition call (US East Coast time zone)
