Abou the role: We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across our engineering organization. This role is ideal for a data-driven recruiter who thrives in sourcing senior-to-principal-level talent and partnering closely with engineering leaders to build high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (SRE, DevOps, Cloud, Engineering).
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Build strong talent pipelines through events, referrals, social media, and university outreach.
- Create and optimize job postings via ATS and external platforms.
- Design recruitment dashboards (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
- Analyze hiring data to forecast needs and recommend process improvements.
- Manage and evaluate external agencies and headhunters.
- Mentor contract/project-based recruiters and ensure SLA alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive process automation and reporting improvements using BI tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tech recruiting experience for SRE, DevOps, or Cloud roles.
- Has an experience leading or handling a team
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing senior/principal engineers.
- Experience managing agencies and mentoring recruiters.
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, AWS/Azure/GCP, IaC, containers, and CI/CD.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills; experience with ATS platforms (Homerun, Lever, Workday).
