Senior Technical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, large-scale enterprise applications and engineering tools, including automation and self-healing capabilities
• Own the technical aspects of assigned applications, from architecture and prototyping to development and optimization
• Enable teams to automate scalable, demand-driven application deployments across test and production environments
• Drive the technical roadmap for runtime systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs for runtime stability and resiliency
• Provide technical thought leadership and mentor teams toward strong automation and reliability practices
