Job Description
Senior Technical Business AnalystMust Have:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with exposure to commercial insurance.
Skilled in interpreting and working with data models.
Proficient in developing workflow diagrams.
Familiar with policy administration systems (Client)
Comfortable working with rating structures, underwriting workflows, and digital submission processes
Nice to Have:
CPCU, AINS certifications
Deep Understanding of commercial lines such as General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and others
Experience with Guidewire and/or other leading policy admin systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning with internal development teams and external vendors.
Author and manage high-quality epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability matrices.
Facilitate refinement sessions, product demos, and sprint reviews
Provide input on project scope, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
Lead impact analysis for change requests or scope adjustments and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
Ensure effective alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and development execution.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate system design and data flows meet product requirements
